• Orders are processed in 4-7 business days.

• Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

• Shipping is free on products above 999. For all others, charges apply at checkout.

Return & Refund Policy

We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges. However, if you receive any damaged/broken or wrong product, we will provide you with a voucher of the original value — valid only upon sharing a one-shot unboxing video as proof.

Note: We do not accept returns for size, color variation, or change of mind. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

• On approval, you may receive a replacement or online credit. Refunds are provided only in rare cases.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed.
